Lawrence: I get restless and bored very easily. All of my favourite jobs have been ones in which involve creativity. But because I get bored easily I want to have a go at being creative at as many different mediums as possible.
Overall the film was okay. It had a number of enjoyable parts and a good collection of highs and lows. The problem that I had with this film, however, was that it was too disconnected to be a good film. There was limited dialogue, storyline holes and a general lack of cohesiveness to the plot and character interactions. I think that it would have been a better film had the filmmaker focused more on telling the story and lesson the comic elements which turned out to be more of a distraction than an element of entertainment.
This 2010 action film starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz is funny
more being than a romance movie. For me, Diaz is charming and funny with her innocence of the mission of Cruise. If you love Cameron in Charles Angels, then you will also love her humorous role in this movie.
To be truly successful, read as many comedy scripts as possible, taking note of the story, the stars, their dialogues, antics and actions. See how the element of hilarity was introduced and intertwined with the other aspects of the film.
comedy film The plot isn't very interesting. As the film progresses, we begin to realize that there is a method to Wax's madness. He is hunting down terrorists in Paris, and is using a "by any means necessary" kind of approach. There is of course, a love interest involved, which is Reese's fiance, played by Kasia Smutniak. I found their relationship to be extremely annoying. However, I did really enjoy how their relationship played out in the end.
It's very much a black comedy/drama/science-fiction work of art. I don't approve of Alex's behavior in this film, but he is a product of his society and like a true elemental force of nature he stormed through life leaving destruction in his wake. Alex DeLarge is one of the most despicable characters shown in movie history.
After their hot moment, Adam is really hooked on her, but she just want to stay friends, friends with benefits. Adam agrees to the non-emotional, sex-friendly, relationship, and they end up having sex everywhere. They're not shy about it either. They really let loose.
Dinner for Schmucks: Steve Carell and Paul Rudd bring good laughs with their remarkable acting in this movie. All the actors in Dinner for Schmucks gives a good comedy feast.
